Brazilian lightness for the beautiful chaos of family life.

It begins on the Copacabana promenade, where black-and-white Portuguese stone rolls in waves along the length of the beach — a pattern Roberto Burle Marx turned to run alongside the sea when he redesigned the promenade in 1970. That line became our first print, and it still sets the rhythm for everything we draw: movement you can feel, color that carries warmth, a pattern that reads as clearly across a room as it does up close.

Other prints follow the same city. Selarón takes its color from the tiled steps that Jorge Selarón laid between Lapa and Santa Teresa; Laranja holds the orange of a Rio evening.

Every Pip & Moon print is our own. Each colorway is drawn to sit comfortably beside the others, so a print on you, the same one on your partner and a softer shade on the kids look like one family rather than one costume.

Coordinating collections run across women's, men's and children's pieces — sets, dresses, kaftans, shirts and pajamas — so a whole family can wear one print, each in a cut made for them.

Loungewear shouldn't have to stay indoors. We cut our pieces to be easy enough for an unhurried breakfast and polished enough for dinner on the terrace, so the same set moves with you from the school run to the evening and everything family life brings in between.
