Sizing and fit
What sizes do you make?
Adult pieces run XS to XXL. Youth sizes run 8 to 20, and little kids run 2T to 14. Not every colorway is cut for everyone. Dune is currently our one print that runs across women, men and kids. Monochrome, Sky Blue and Selarón run for women and men; Laranja and Shocking Pink run for women and kids. Every other colorway is women's only for now. Shop Matching Family — each print there is labelled with exactly who it is cut for.
How do I know which size to pick?
There is a full size guide in inches on every product page, next to the size selector. Our pieces are designed to sit relaxed rather than tight. If you are between sizes and you want a looser drape, size up. And if the size you choose is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back and reorder in another size, subject to availability.

Do the pieces run true to size?
Yes, with a relaxed cut. The lounge and pajama sets are meant to be easy through the body. The bodycon dresses and swim pieces are the fitted end of the range.

Shipping and delivery
Where are your pieces made?
Every Pip & Moon colorway begins with an original print created for the collection, drawn in Atlanta, Georgia. The pieces themselves are produced by our production partners, and every order ships with full tracking.
How long until my order ships?
You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is packed. Delivery windows are below.
How long does delivery take?
Four to ten business days for US delivery, door to door. International orders are typically eight to twenty-four business days, and your exact estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the world, with no minimum spend. Every order goes out with full tracking, no matter the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every single order ships with tracking, no exceptions and no matter the destination.

Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
30 days from the day it arrives. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible. The full policy is on our returns page.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, subject to availability. Email us at support@pipandmoon.com to check availability, or manage the exchange yourself as a return plus a new order through your Pip & Moon account.
When do I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within five to ten business days.
The prints and the fabric
Where do the prints come from?
Every print is drawn in house in Atlanta. Nothing is licensed or pulled from a stock print library. The two families are Copacabana Wave, a large flowing ribbon print, and Selarón, a small mosaic tile print named after the Escadaria Selarón in Rio.
Can I mix two different prints?
That is what they are built for. The wave is large scale and the mosaic is small scale, and warm orange runs through both, which is exactly the contrast that makes two prints work together. We wrote a full guide on how to mix and match prints.
What is the fabric like?
Each piece is chosen for how it drapes and moves, and the print sits flat in the cloth so it does not stiffen or crack with wear. The camisole sets in Sky Blue, Meadowland, Sand and Monochrome have a cool-to-the-touch feel that is lightweight and smooth for warm evenings. Every product page lists its exact fabric and care details.
How do I wash it?
Cold wash, inside out, and hang or lay flat to dry. Skip the tumble dryer and skip fabric softener. There is a longer guide to keeping the colors vibrant.

Orders and payment
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, plus Shop Pay. Affirm is available at checkout if you would rather split the cost over time.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as quickly as you can. If you reach us the same day, we can usually catch it before your order is packed.
Do you restock sold out colorways?
Sometimes. If something is gone and you want it back, tell us — demand is genuinely how we decide what gets recut.

Who is behind Pip and Moon?
It is a solo-run, minority-owned, independent brand based in Atlanta, Georgia. One person draws the prints, chooses the cloth and decides what gets made; the pieces themselves are produced by our production partners. You can read the longer version on our story page.
