How long it takes
Pip and Moon is a made-to-order studio. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your pieces are printed and sewn after you order them.
- Two to four business days to make and dispatch your order.
- Six to nine days in transit once it ships.
- Roughly one to two weeks door to door in total.
If you are ordering for a specific date — a trip, a birthday, family photographs — email us at support@pipandmoon.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will land in time.

Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking, no matter the destination and with no minimum spend. You will get the number by email the moment your parcel is packed, so you can follow it the whole way.
Where we ship
Everywhere. Shipping is free within the United States. International orders ship worldwide with tracking included, and any duties or import charges are set by your own country rather than by us.
Ready when you are
If something goes wrong
Parcels very occasionally get stuck or go missing. If your tracking has not moved in a week, email support@pipandmoon.com and we will chase it down or remake the order. You are not left holding the problem.
You also have 30 days to return anything unworn from the day it arrives if it is not right.
