What makes Pip & Moon prints different from other loungewear brands?
Every Pip & Moon print is hand-drawn by our studio, inspired by the landmarks and light of Rio de Janeiro: the Copacabana promenade, the Selarón steps, the glow of a Laranja sunset. These are original artworks, not stock patterns. Our prints are embedded directly into the fabric rather than printed on top, which means they won't crack, stiffen, or fade with repeated washing.
What sizes do you carry for adults and kids?
Adult sizing runs from XS to XXL (US sizes 0 through 22), and kids sizing covers 2T to 14 (ages 2 through 14). Because our pieces are made to order, garment measurements can vary by up to 1 inch. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Can the whole family really wear matching outfits?
Absolutely. Every print is cut across women's, men's, and children's sizing so your family can wear the same design in silhouettes made for each person's body. The result feels connected rather than identical, whether you're coordinating pajama sets, button-up shirts, or t-shirt dresses.
Is Pip & Moon loungewear only meant for wearing at home?
Not at all. We design every piece to move from the couch to the café to a weekend dinner without needing a wardrobe change. Our range includes pajama sets, bodycon dresses, camisole sets, kaftans, bucket hats, and more. Mix them with your existing wardrobe or wear them as a full set; either way, they hold their own outside the house.
How long does shipping take, and is it really free?
Every order ships free worldwide with no minimum spend. Because our pieces are made to order, they're dispatched within 2 to 4 days. US delivery typically takes 4 to 10 business days, and international delivery takes 8 to 24 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns on eligible unworn items, and you're never charged for return shipping. If something doesn't feel right, send it back and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you offer any discounts for first-time customers?
Yes. First-time customers receive a 10% discount that's applied automatically at checkout. No code needed; just shop and the savings appear when you're ready to pay.
Can I pay in installments?

How should I care for my Pip & Moon pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Skip the bleach entirely, and if you iron, do it on the reverse side with a warm setting. Following these steps keeps your prints looking rich and your fabric soft for a long time.
What are capsule drops, and how do I get early access?
Capsule drops are limited collections built around a small number of statement colorways. Our first, Capsule 01, featured the Copacabana Wave print in Holographic and Shocking Pink. Subscribers to our mailing list get early access before each drop goes live to the public, so signing up is the best way to make sure you don't miss out.
