Processing Time
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Transit Time: Standard US shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on destination.
All items are made-to-order to ensure premium quality and reduce waste. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Free Shipping
- US orders: Free shipping on all orders - no minimum required
- International orders: Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
Once your order is produced, shipping times are:
- US Domestic: 3-7 business days via USPS or similar carrier
- International: 7-21 business days depending on destination
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can monitor your package's journey from our facility to your door.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to get to you faster. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.
