SHIPPING POLICY - Pip and Moon
Free Worldwide Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping charge at checkout.
Processing Time
Handling: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch within the United States. 7–21 business days internationally, depending on destination.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch, via USPS or a similar carrier
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
Faster paid carrier options may be offered at checkout on some orders. The free option is always available.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package to your door.
Multiple Items
If you order several products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to reach you sooner. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are set by your local customs office.
